The CORE strives to foster community relationships with charities and non-profit organizations from the Calgary area by providing space in our centre to set up a community table.
A written request for a community table must be provided by your organization. Please include the legal name of the organization, the dates that you would like to come in, a contact person with a mailing address and phone number, as well as the purpose that you would be utilizing the table for. **Please note that the table must be staffed during all shopping centre hours**.
Once the request has been approved and the dates have been confirmed, a confirmation package will be sent out with an agreement that has to be signed and returned. Included will be a copy of the organization’s liability and property damage insurance in connection with the use of the community table in an amount of not less than $5,000,000.00. Such insurance shall name us as additional insured (see community form for exact naming details). Please note that each group is allowed in once per calendar year.
