Go-Grill Now Open!

The long awaited new healthy option is finally here! Located on level four in the food court is the newly opened Go-Grill. The bar is filled with fresh veggies, endless protein options and an extensive list of sauces to choose from, including our new favourites, sweet chili and Szechuan.

Here's how it works:

Start on the right hand side by picking up a bowl and filling it with your favourites. We went with onion, bell peppers, mushrooms, carrots and broccoli. Add some seasoning (we chose a healthy helping of garlic!) and then move on to the protiens. The beef, which is lightly seasoned with salt and pepper to bring out the flavours, was the most enticing. Also on the menu; shrimp, scallops, chicken, smoked salmon, pork and egg, just to name a few. Lastly choose from a long menu of sauce options. We tried the sweet chili, but a sample of the Szechuan already has us craving a return visit. Once your bowl is complete, hand it to the chef to throw on the grill. We love (and kids love) that you can watch them prep your dish right in front of you through the glass. Toss it on a bed of rice, or opt out - just like everything else on the menu - it's completely up to you! And voila! Lunch is ready.

The whole process from beginning to end takes about 5 minutes, depending on your decision making skills. Time on the fiery hot grill is about 3 minutes give or take.
