Sustainability in the CORE

By The CORE, Jan 26

In the last week of our sustainbility month where we Always Consider Tomorrow, we are highlighting some of our retailers initiatives.

H&M

Happening all week, we will have H&M on the second level by Town Shoes accepting clothing donations and, in return, you will receive an in-store voucher to discover a new favourite for your closet!

Curious what happens to the clothes after you donate them? Watch the video and discover how H&M is working to close the gap in fashion! We love that clothes are either reworn, reused, or recycled into everyday products!

Lolë

With more than 31 million water bottles purchased every year in the U.S. alone, Lolë is helping to do their part to recycle these products by using them to make polyester yarn. The material is as strong and fast-drying as regular polyester yarn, feels comfortable against the body, and is also more durable than cotton! Stop in their store today to find out more about their Stretch Momentum Fabric.

M·A·C

Because MAC shares our commitment to the environment, they accept returns of primary packaging through the Back-to-M·A·C Program. By returning six [6] M·A·C primary packaging containers to a M·A·C counter or M·A·C Cosmetics online, you’ll receive a free M·A·C lipstick of your choice as our thanks to you. Please note, Lipsticks provided at no charge cannot be returned or exchange. Find out more here
