CIRCUIT: This 50 minute blast focuses on full body strength, plyometrics and core. Sweat to the latest beats from old school to new.
HIP HOP FLOW: Yoga inspired flow patterns to music. You'll flow to music from hop hop to deep house in this candlelit class. It is 50 minutes of intensity with strength and flexibility combos.
BARRE X: Sweat it out in our BARRE X HIIT class. 5O minutes of high intensity cardio torches calories and gets you results fast. Body weight, bands and dumbbells are used in this class. Get breathless at Barre X.
